Additional Terms

1. Payment Agreement:
   • All fees are due before the residential cleaning service or immediately thereafter.
   • A travel fee of $0.60 per mile will be added to the invoice for distances exceeding 25 miles.
   • The client agrees to pay the quoted price upon completion of the service. If payment is not received within 24 hours, Knowmore Cleaning Service LLC will follow up courteously. Late payments will incur a $25 fee, with 15% interest accruing daily.

1. Gratuity:
   • While we never require a tip, expressing your appreciation through gratuity or online reviews means a lot to our professionals.

1. Day of Cleaning Service:
   • Please ensure personal items are picked up and the sink is free of dishes before service.
   • If you choose to be present during the service, kindly stay in a separate room along with any pets.
   • Unexpected delays due to cancellations, reschedules, or traffic may occur. We’ll promptly inform you of any changes.

1. Service Limitations:
   • For safety and insurance reasons, we do not climb higher than a two-step ladder.
   • We’ll use extension swiffers or vacuum extensions to reach visible areas.
   • Items weighing over 25 pounds cannot be moved.
   • We do not handle animal/human feces, urine, vomit, or blood.

1. Unaccessible entrance /Cancellation/Reschedule:
   • If we’re unable to access your home for scheduled services, the full cleaning fee will apply.
   • Appointments canceled or rescheduled made less than 24 hours of appointment time, will incur a $40 fee.

Photo/Video Release

Clients of KnowMore Cleaning Service LLC agree that images and videos may be used for advertising, the business website, and social media. Rest assured, these images will never display any personal information.

24-Hour Guarantee: After each service, we encourage you to thoroughly review your home. Occasionally, an area may not meet your satisfaction. While we cannot offer refunds, Knowmore Cleaning Service will promptly address any areas you weren’t pleased with. Please report issues and concerns within 24 hours.

Sever ability: If any provisions in these Terms and Conditions are inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be voided and removed. All other provisions will remain unaffected, ensuring the validity of the rest of these Terms and Conditions.

Changes: These Terms and Conditions may be amended periodically to comply with the law and reflect any changes in our Site’s operation or user behavior. Users will be notified via email or a notice on our Site regarding any modifications.
